Richard G. Moffett III, Ph.D.

Dr. Moffett is an Associate Professor in our I/O Program and serves as the Associate Director for MTSU's Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE). He received his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Auburn University. He has also served as Interim Assistant Vice Provost for Academic Affairs at MTSU.

Dr. Moffett has over 25 years of experience with private and public sector organizations. His areas of consulting expertise include leadership development, small and large group facilitation, management training, and organizational diagnosis and development. He has worked with clients from a variety of industries including the Rutherford County Department of Human Resources, Kroll Background Screening Division, Tennessee Department of Transportation, Sverdrup Technology, Inc., Nuclear Fuel Services, Centerstone Community Mental Health Centers, and Teledyne.
