Michael Hein, Ph.D.
Dr.
Hein is a Professor in our I/O program
and serves as the Director of MTSU's
Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness (COHRE).
He received his Ph.D. from Georgia Institute
of Technology in I/O Psychology. He also served as a reviewer for
Human Factors and for Human Resource Development Quarterly.
Dr. Hein has over twenty years of consulting experience in a variety of industries. He has consulted on projects regarding job analysis, employee surveys, training needs analysis, onboarding new employees, leadership development, performance appraisal and organizational performance measurement. Some of his past clients include Toshiba, Eaton, Square-D, SSR, TSBDC, Ingram Books, Jack Daniel's, Rutherford County, Kroll Background America and Murfreesboro Police Department. Dr. Hein is a licensed Implications Wheel™ Facilitator and is certified as a trainer in the Center for Leadership Studies Situational Leadership® Program.
